Our dedication lies in eradicating online child sexual exploitation through focused research and advocacy, while our We-Rise Portal stands as a source of encouragement for young people, providing a safe and interactive online space that nurtures their expressive and creative development.
We foster digital resilience and advance research through partnerships with academic institutions, equipping youth in rural communities and regions with limited access to resources with essential cybersecurity knowledge. We provide vital internet safety training through accessible materials distributed in community centers, schools, and support networks.
We extend specialized emotional and psychological support services to children within rural and historically overlooked areas, ensuring their well-being, while also fortifying those in child protection services with tailored training and wellness programs as well.
We aim to empower young people in communities with diverse needs and across the globe by teaching them how to engage in safe, meaningful, and healthy online interactions. Through a combination of peer-to-peer support and open communication, the program helps youth develop self-awareness and strengthen their online relationships. Our goal is to foster trust, encourage ethical and positive cross-cultural engagement, and inspire an appreciation for the diverse perspectives they encounter online.
We partner with national and international entities to obtain funding, sustain resources and tools, and further collaboration and research, to expand our global outreach to the most vulnerable children.
“First, the organization sticks to its mission to raise awareness of cybersex trafficking among minors from underprivileged and rural areas. The organization also provides the best working environment to interact with all volunteers and learn something new. I have never even once regretted being part of the organization as a volunteer, and therefore would recommend it to anybody who shares their vision and mission to join PUK.”
- Volunteer Michael K. from KE (February 2023)
Protect Us Kids relies on volunteers and donors to be trusted resources. We're deeply committed to using donations efficiently for maximum impact. Transparency is part of our core values. See below our PUK Internal Revenue Service - Final Determination Letter establishing our charitable activities.
Your donations are crucial for PUK’s mission to empower children, youth, and their caregivers, educators, and community leaders, especially for those in vulnerable situations. Your support provides these key figures with essential tools and knowledge to guide and protect our children.
Your contributions are vital to PUK's outreach programs for at-risk youth, including those in foster care and homeless situations. Your generosity supports initiatives that directly engage with these young individuals, teaching them crucial lessons in cyber safety.
Your donations help develop PUK’s We-Rise Portal and various educational resources, both digital and physical. These materials, crafted with the diverse backgrounds of children in mind, ensure that learning about online safety is accessible and comprehensible to a broad audience, including children, youth, and caregivers.
Your support enables PUK to extend crucial internet safety and cybersecurity education to community centers, schools, and local organizations. This outreach ensures that even children lacking such guidance at home can access vital safety information.
Consider contributing as little or as much as you can. Every dollar donated goes toward keeping our programs and PUK's healing, empowerment, and research initiatives alive.
